From Prompting to Production: How to Deploy Autonomous Content Engines
By Novatise Engineering Labs · 8 min read
The transition from simple one-off ChatGPT prompts to self-running, enterprise-grade publishing pipelines requires a fundamental shift in architecture: from conversational generation to deterministic pipeline orchestration.
The Multi-Agent Loop
Single-prompt generation invariably hallucinates or degenerates into repetitive generic prose. In our own publishing pipelines we decouple the workflow into 4 distinct agents:
Research Agent: Scrapes current verified datasets, schedules, and local directories via headless browser hooks.
Structure Agent: Enforces JSON schema, heading hierarchy, and target schema.org microdata before drafting text.
Drafting Agent: Uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet with localized brand tone guidelines and exact negative keyword constraints.
Verification & Fact-Checking Agent: Re-reads the generated copy against primary source datasets, scoring factuality. Anything it cannot verify is flagged for a person to check.
